Fourfoursixsix worked alongside Banda Property to create an elegant, luxury residential development in London’s W2.

13-19 Leinster Square comprises five maisonette units, eight expansive lateral apartments, and two stunning penthouses, complete with sunken roof terraces.

The stucco fronted Grade II listed properties have tall south-facing arched windows, and overlook one of London’s premier garden squares.

The design reinstates the original heritage features but sensitively interweaves these with 21st Century comforts, high quality materials and exquisite craftsmanship. Versailles timber flooring, Victorian cornices and wall mouldings sit alongside crisply detailed Calacatta Oro marble, unlacquered brass ironmongery and minimalist oak joinery.
