Ski Resort

Fourfoursixsix have been engaged to design the Phase 1 masterplan for a major ski resort redevelopment. The project is a placemaking exercise to create a vibrant hub that will catalyse the future development of the surrounding townscape.

Anchoring the site will be a purpose-built market square featuring a mixture of covered and open-air retail, event and community space. The surrounding residential component will be formed of serviced apartments, units for sale and two hotels.

Further phases of the masterplan allow a flexible approach to development, plugging in necessary components in an organic fashion as the market and various demands mature.
