Fourfoursixsix were appointed to design a new-build residential scheme on the site of an existing six apartment building in the Crouch End Conservation Area of the London Borough of Haringey.

The current residents brought the scheme forward as the existing building is not fit for purpose, with awkward layouts, poor thermal performance, and is expensive to maintain.

The approved scheme consists of 16 dual aspect apartments, with large communal gardens, Basement car and cycle parking and a dedicated concierge.
