Fourfoursixsix were appointed to work on a hybrid residential scheme that consists of a part new-build, part retrofit and part extension to an existing warehouse in Hackney.
Our mixed-use proposals will recalibrate the existing, poor quality apartments to create high quality housing, that is compliant with the current space standards.
The scheme aspires to preserve and enhance the character of the area, with considered interventions across the site enhancing the existing historic fabric.
