Apex 1 is a 201 apartment Build To Rent scheme in Nine Elms. Fourfoursixsix were appointed to go back through planning to incorporate a second stair and produce technical drawings for the construction of the scheme.

The 26-storey mixed-use residential-led project is distinguished by a brick tower element and a low-level pavilion, offering shared amenity and retail units.

The building creates a landmark for the new Nine Elms Underground Station and sits directly over the two tunnels containing the Northern line extension to Battersea.

We work closely with the contractor and the design team to ensure that the design and the chosen construction methodologies are coordinated, fit for purpose and cost effective to meet market requirements, whilst ensuring a high-quality scheme is delivered for the client.
